Ann is an experienced executive coach and impactful facilitator with a high level of interpersonal skills and ability to engage teams and individuals from a range of organisational cultures.
She is able to quickly understand where an organisation is and what they want to change. She integrates her own background in research and senior leadership in the health sector with her extensive experience of coaching and facilitation in the commercial sector. In addition, her understanding of how the brain responds at work enables her to effectively support managers and leaders in increasing employee engagement with organisational strategy and change.

As a senior manager in the NHS, she led the introduction and implementation of an innovative results-driven multi-million-pound resource and development programme in primary care. This involved effective application of influencing and behavioural change skills with clinicians in both the primary and secondary care settings to develop changing practice. This resulted in significant performance improvements across a range of services.
Ann is a certified executive coach with Stakeholder Centre Coaching by Marshall Goldsmith. She is also accredited by the Coaches Training Institute (USA) and the International Coaching Federation.
